The VNGA 50th Annual Conference will be from April 23-25, 2010, at the Crowne Plaza Williamsburg at Fort Magruder. The following is a brief overview of the weekend's events. (NOTE: When registering for your hotel room at the Crowne Plaza Williamsburg, please inform the hotel you are with the Virginia National Guard Association and the code is NGA. The rate per night is $94.00 - Availability extended until April 7)

0730-0830 - Golf Tournament Sign-in (Pre-Registration required)
0830-1500 - Golf Tournament (Shotgun start time - 0830)
1000-2000 - Conference Registration Opens (Outside of Richmond Hall)
1100-1200 - Pre-Conference meeting of ANG Team and ED (Hotel Restaurant)
1200-1700 - Exhibitor move in and set-up (Richmond Hall)
1200 - Hospitality Suites available for set-up
